Welcome to Alpacas At Wealden

Whether you are looking to purchase companion or champion alpacas, you will find your special alpacas for sale at our Stud farm. We have a beautiful, well cared for herd and would love to help you choose your perfect alpacas.

British Alpaca Society Member

We are members of the British Alpaca Society (BAS) and have been breeding quality alpacas since 2006. All alpacas born on the farm are registered with the BAS, are micro chipped, fully vaccinated and halter trained.

Alpacas available

We have a wide range of alpacas for sale, both Huacaya (the ones that look like cuddly teddy bears!) and Suri (with fine, long, pencil-like locks), in virtually every colour from the native 22 colours.  We currently have for sale:

• Pet Alpacas
• Proven Stud Males
• Young Potential Stud Males

Services available

The herd includes some quality stud males that have achieved major show success.  These fine animals have proven the excellence of their genetics by siring consistently improved progeny.

Products

The alpacas are shorn between May and June, during which time, we have a plentiful supply of raw fleece.  The majority of the fleece is sent to Italy for processing and is then used in their fashion industry.  However we do retain some fine raw fleece for those of you who love to spin with this extraordinarily soft alpaca fleece.
